Please note that we are not able to ship test packages out of the United States, so you must be able to provide us with a US shipping address later in the process to complete the registration.
Attention: If you are here because you want to report the results from a test you have performed, you should only proceed if you are the laboratory contact we emailed the instructions and test information to, or that person has told you that he or she has set you up so your email will attach your User ID to your existing client record. Otherwise, you will be setting up a duplicate client record and you will not be able to report your results, because the test instance is attached to your original client record.
